Introduction

GeekSessionsConf is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for all participants, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers to adhere to this Code of Conduct throughout the event.

Expected Behavior

• Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and consideration.
• Use inclusive and appropriate language.
• Be mindful of personal space and boundaries.
• Engage in constructive discussions and collaborative learning.
• Report any concerns or violations of this Code of Conduct to the event staff.

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment of any kind, including offensive verbal comments, sexual imagery, or unwelcome advances.
• Discrimination or exclusionary behavior.
• Disruptive actions that interfere with the event, such as heckling or creating an unsafe environment.
• Unwanted photography or recording without consent.
• Advocating or encouraging any of the above behaviors.

Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to the event staff. All reports will be handled confidentially.

We are committed to taking appropriate action in response to any incidents, including but not limited to warnings, expulsion from the event, or contacting local authorities if necessary.
